Order & Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your package ships, we’ll send another email with tracking info so you can follow it every step of the way.

Tip: Double-check your shipping address before completing your order—we aren’t able to make changes once it’s on its way.

Orders typically take 4–5 business days to process before they ship. We promise it’s worth the wait.

As soon as your order is confirmed, it's sent straight into our system to be prepped for shipping—which means we’re unable to make changes once it's placed.

If you need to cancel, email us ASAP at info@beautifuldyrt.com with the subject line “Cancellation”, along with your full name and order number. While we can’t guarantee cancellation, we’ll do our best to help.

United States

We currently ship within the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska. We also ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via ground shipping only—please note that expedited shipping isn’t available for these destinations.

International

At this time, we don’t offer international shipping.

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it’s considered fulfilled on our end. We recommend ensuring your delivery address is secure and monitoring your tracking link closely.

If your package is marked as delivered but can’t be found, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

While Beautiful Dyrt can’t refund or replace these orders, we’re happy to provide supporting documentation to help you with your claim.

Standard Shipping (U.S.):

Orders under $50: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location.

Orders $50 and up (before tax and shipping): Ship free, anywhere in the U.S., including HI and AK.

2-Day Shipping:

Need it faster? Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Please note that processing time may still take up to 2 business days before your order ships.

Our Policy

We’re proud of the care and quality that go into every Beautiful Dyrt product. Because of the nature of what we make, we can’t accept returns on opened or used items.

Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a $10 restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at info@beautifuldyrt.com and we’ll make it right.

What’s a Restocking Fee?

This fee covers the cost of materials, handling, and processing returns back into inventory.

International Returns

We do not accept returns on international orders at this time.

Applicable sales tax will be applied at checkout based on your shipping address. You’ll see a full tax breakdown on your confirmation email.

Exchanges

We’re not currently able to process exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, we recommend requesting a return (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund minus the restocking fee and original shipping cost.

Refunds are applied to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Please note: If returned items arrive used, opened, or damaged (and not as a result of shipping), we won’t be able to issue a refund.
